A legal disclaimer
By registering for and participating in the House of Grace Wellness Test Group (“Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
1. Purpose
Your participation is conditioned on protecting all intellectual property of House of Grace Wellness (“Facilitator”), maintaining confidentiality of Program materials and information, and understanding the nature of the Program while voluntarily assuming all risks.
2. Nature of the Program
This is a non-medical wellness program combining nutrition, movement, journaling, and holistic lifestyle guidance. The Facilitator will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication. All recommendations are for general wellness only. You are responsible for your own health and should consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to diet, exercise, or supplementation.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials — including guides, workbooks, journal prompts, video or audio recordings, group call content, proprietary systems, protocols, coaching methods, brand names, and visual assets — are the exclusive property of the Facilitator. You agree not to copy, share, reproduce, teach, or distribute these materials without prior written consent. Breach of this provision may result in legal action.
4. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary Program information and any personal or health information shared by other group members. No content may be recorded, screenshot, or shared publicly (including on social media, blogs, podcasts, or in professional settings) without explicit written permission from the Facilitator. This confidentiality obligation is permanent and survives after the Program ends.
5. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
You understand results are not guaranteed. You release the Facilitator from any liability for injury, illness, or damages that may occur as a result of following Program recommendations. You may withdraw at any time but are not entitled to a refund.
6. Legal Remedies
In the event of a breach of these terms, the Facilitator reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and legal costs. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
By joining the Program, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
