By accessing or participating in the House of Grace Wellness Bootcamp website and Test Group (“Program”), you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older. By joining, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Program
The Program provides general wellness information, including nutrition, movement, journaling, and holistic lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice. Consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or supplementation.

3. Intellectual Property
All Program materials — including guides, workbooks, journal prompts, videos, audio recordings, group content, protocols, and brand assets — are the property of House of Grace Wellness. You may not copy, share, reproduce, teach, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all proprietary Program information and any personal or health information shared by group members strictly confidential. No Program content may be recorded, screenshot, or shared publicly without written permission.

5. Participation & Conduct
You agree to participate respectfully in all online spaces associated with the Program, including the Facebook group and messaging channels. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

6. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation is voluntary and results are not guaranteed. You release House of Grace Wellness from any liability for injury, illness, or damages resulting from your participation.

7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are final. There are no refunds once the Program begins.

8. Modifications
House of Grace Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.​

Social Media Policy and Consent

By registering for and participating in the House of Grace Wellness Bootcamp or Test Group (“Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

Purpose
House of Grace Wellness may share results, testimonials, and participant experiences on social media for promotional or educational purposes, while protecting participant privacy and complying with HIPAA regulations.

1. Use of Results

  • We may share aggregate or anonymous results, such as general success rates, improvements in well-being, or other program-related outcomes.

2. Privacy Protection

  • No personal identifiers (including name, photo, age, location, or other identifying details) will be used without your express written permission.

  • Any shared results will be fully de-identified to comply with HIPAA requirements.

3. Voluntary Consent

  • By participating, you give voluntary consent for House of Grace Wellness to share de-identified results in a tasteful, professional manner.

  • You may withdraw consent at any time by providing written notice. Withdrawal will apply only to future use of information and will not require removal of previously published materials.

By joining the Program, you confirm your acceptance of this Social Media Policy & Consent.
