Service Description

At House of Grace, we believe movement should feel like an act of self-care — not a punishment or a chore. For our Test Group, the fitness plan is simple, flexible, and rooted in the idea that non-structure can sometimes be the best structure for long-term commitment. This plan blends low-impact strength training, core stability, and functional movement with gentle cardio options. Whether you’re in your living room with a set of dumbbells or at the gym with more equipment, every workout is designed to meet you where you are. Our Approach: 3–4 strength-based sessions per week (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced options provided) 2–3 active recovery days — walking, stretching, yoga, dancing in your kitchen, or whatever feels good No movement police — if you miss a day, you simply start again the next day Movement counts — everything from gardening to chasing your kids adds up Short sessions, big impact — most workouts can be done in 20–35 minutes We know life doesn’t always follow a perfect schedule — and that’s the point. The best movement plan is one you can stick with in every season of life. Our goal is to help you build strength, energy, and confidence, while keeping joy and flexibility at the heart of your routine.
