Back to Bootcamps


There’s something magical about the old Beachbody fitness bootcamps. The energy, the accountability, the daily check-ins, the friendships — they gave me motivation I didn’t even know I was missing. Those days were filled with consistency, support, and a sense of community that kept me showing up, day after day.


Looking back, those bootcamps were some of the fondest memories of my life. I was in the best health and shape I’ve ever been — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It wasn’t complicated. It wasn’t trendy. It was back-to-basics health and fitness… and it worked.


That’s why I’m bringing the bootcamp back. To recreate that same feeling of accountability and connection. To share the truth that health isn’t about extremes or fads — it’s about showing up, together, with a plan that supports both your body and your life.
