Finding My Flow Postpartum

Starting a routine after having a baby is harder than I ever imagined. I’ve been trying for weeks — carving out little windows of time, setting intentions, making plans — but I just can’t seem to find my flow. The rhythm that once felt second nature now feels out of reach.


I know I’m not alone in this. So many new moms feel the same tug-of-war between wanting to take care of themselves and the all-consuming demands of caring for their little one.

That’s why I keep thinking about the bootcamps. Over the years, I’ve seen them work for so many Beachbody moms — bringing structure, accountability, and the kind of motivation that only comes from doing it together.


I need that energy in my life again. The community. The check-ins. The simple, consistent plan that gets you moving and keeps you showing up.
